I teach every Monday from 6:30-7:30pm @ In The Groove Dance Studios 366 Grand in Oakland Ca. The Blend is a West and Central African dance class that is danced to beats of African, Jamaican dancehall, Brazilian, Hip Hop and more.  I feature Bay Area's Finest Deejay Awaticalz Dee who spins the most amazing musical mixes.  I teach fun choreographies that leave feeling accomplished.  This is an endurance training class with a focus on skill and technique.  Class fee is $15 and $10 for students in school.
