• registration 3:45
• warm up 4-4:30pm
• dance routine 4:30-5pm
• dance progression across the floor 5-5:30pm
• solo 5:30-5:45pm
• cool down 5:45-6pm
• There will be two amazing Deejay's, one drummer, and three dance instructors!  

Suggested Preparation: drink plenty of fluid and Stretch
