The Blend Dance (Afro fusion) Group workout is now in session.

Come on out every Monday 6:15-7:15pm at Ashkenaz 1317 San Pablo Berkeley ca class fee is $10. Street parking is available. We are located in the back studio

What you should wear? (comfortable attire) class tank tops are available for purchase

What style of dance? (dance movements steps are Central & west African inspired) the goal is to create a full body workout guaranteed to motivate your engagement

How do you get started? Simply drop in to the time noted in the beginning of this communication

Overall I encourage all dance levels to come out and enjoy the power of movement with lead by Mrs. Tamika Harris/Bangoura
